Frank "Allen" Males III, MA, LPC
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, including partial hospitalization programs, inpatient and outpatient services, behavioral health hospitals, nonprofit organizations, and in-home treatment. These diverse experiences have shaped the foundation of my private practice, where I focus on helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being.
My journey in the helping professions began after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas State University in 2011, followed by a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2014. I became a fully licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas in 2017. Establishing a private practice was a long-held goal, and I’m grateful to now do meaningful work that aligns with my passion for supporting others. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they move through difficult seasons and reconnect with their inner strength.
Outside of the therapy room, I believe in the importance of balance, creating joy, engaging in hobbies, practicing self-care, and spending quality time with loved ones. These values are central to my therapeutic approach and are woven into the work we will do together. I look forward to getting to know you and understanding what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." -Paramahansa Yogananda
