Engaging in therapy remotely allows you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, or any location with a reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

 

Session Details

All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation containing electronic forms that must be completed and signed prior to your session. At your scheduled appointment time, simply click the link provided and follow the on-screen instructions to begin.

  • While every effort is made to ensure confidentiality, privacy cannot be guaranteed to the same extent as in traditional in-person sessions due to the inherent limitations of digital communication platforms.

Online therapy is not suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions that may necessitate immediate or emergency intervention. For the safety and well-being of the client, such cases require in-person care with a licensed clinician in a clinical setting.

  • Please note: All participants must maintain a primary residence within the state of Texas to be eligible for services.
